Vitthal campaign
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
For this campaign, a visit was made to Konkan. Here, several farmers work and slog to produce the food grains we eat. A close observation was made to understand how they work and grow the crops. Right from sowing to harvesting, they take efforts at each step. It was a realisation of all the hard work that goes behind cultivating the grain that we consume.
Our farmers are so important, they are the reason we get our daily bread. So they are a reflection of God himself.
To show this comparison, a harvest in the shape of Lord Vitthal was made and songs of his praise were sung while walking around the crops. Greenery or nature is something we should worship for its infinite resource, after all.
